History
Founded in 2023, PROPERJET proposes a large panels of tailored services focused on aircraft sourcing and remarketing, from origination to delivery, and aircraft asset management.
Based in Toulouse, PROPERJET developedan extensive network and close relation with aircraft manufacturers along with the whole OEMs’ ecosystem (operators, Lessors, MROs and all other stakeholders). We help our customers to source or remarket their aircraft, starting from a global marketing plan, our support throughout the whole transaction process, until the execution of the transaction (either for sale or lease to a new lessee) and beyond through the lease & contract management.

Founder
Founder and President, PROPERJET
Othman Chaoui has over two decades of experience in the aviation and finance industries, with extensive expertise in aircraft marketing and transactions both with aircraft manufacturers and leasing companies.
He spent 8 years in Marketing and Sales at ATR and 7 years with an aircraft leasing company, successfully executing transactions involving more than 100 aircraft across various jurisdictions worldwide. At ATR, he played a key role in the Royal Air Maroc campaign, the launch customer of the ATR 600 Series.
At Elix Aviation Capital (now Abelo), Othman led the entire deal transaction process from origination to delivery. During the challenging COVID period, he successfully managed debt restructuring and, when necessary, asset recovery from defaulting lessees. He also served as Managing Director of two Elix French subsidiaries.
Earlier in his career, Othman held several positions with an investment bank and a major listed holding company, focusing on Investor Relations and Business Development in West Africa.
Othman holds a Master’s degree in International Trade Engineering from the University of Paris-Orsay, and an Aerospace MBA from Toulouse Business School. He also holds a private pilot license.

A tailored approach for Operators
Aircraft Sourcing
For operators, we provide guidance throughout the entire acquisition process – from aircraft sourcing to delivery. Together with our recognized partners, we offer a comprehensive range of specialized expertise, including legal and technical aspects.
For an Operating Lease Agreement, we advise and support operators throughout the entire lease negotiation process, including the Letter of Intent (LOI), Lease Agreement, and up to Aircraft Delivery. As a first step, we work with operators to prepare all relevant documents in advance, enabling lessors to carry out their due diligence process, including the risk assessment and credit review stages to enhance attractiveness and increase opportunities.
Aircraft Remarketing
For operators wishing to sell their aircraft, we also provide comprehensive guidance throughout the entire remarketing process : from developing a global marketing plan to final delivery, supported by a full range of specialized expertise, including legal and technical aspects. As an initial step, we collaborate with operators to develop the necessary marketing materials, provide a Maintenance Adjusted Value assessment, identify potential buyers, and jointly determine the most suitable sales strategy aligned with the customer’s objectives

Remarketing
We provide support on aircraft remarketing aligned with the financiers’ target criteria – from developing a strategic global marketing plan and managing the entire process, to executing the transaction (whether a sale or a lease to a new lessee), and beyond, through lease and contract management.

We help lessors and financial institutions protect their assets by managing lease contracts – including the situations where the lessee is “on watch” or in default – through restructuring, by identifying and leveraging all tailored key options available.
